Wilder celebrates the incredible ingredients our country has to offer. We focus on sourcing the very best and aim to only use British produce. We work closely with farms and also grow our own vegetables and herbs. And we use what can be found from the meadows, woods and along the coastlines of these isles.

We will be launching a brand-new wine tasting series. Led by Head Sommelier Lucy Ward, the first tasting will comprise of an exploration of the wines of Bordeaux. Accessible and informal, Lucy will mix established classics and contemporary organic and biodynamic wines, showcasing key wine growing regions and producers, along with variations between winemaking techniques.
